Inform our reservations office of your arrival by car in order to register your number plate on the ZTL ‘white list’ (Temporary Access), for luggage loading/unloading.

Parking spaces are available in an affiliated garage, upon request and reservation.

From the north (e.g. Milan/Bologna/Pisa)


Autostrada (Motorway) A1 / A11:

1. Take the A1 towards Firenze, or the A11 Firenze-Pisa-Livorno if arriving from the west.

2. Follow directions for Firenze Centro / Firenze Sud.

3. Continue along Viale Etruria / Viale XI Agosto until turning towards Piazzale Montelungo / Viale Spartaco Lavagnini.

4. Follow directions for ‘Centro / Duomo / Santa Maria Novella’.

5. Keep heading towards Piazza San Giovanni / Cattedrale.

From the south (e.g. Rome)
Autostrada (Motorway) A1:

1. Follow the A1 towards Firenze.

2. Take the Firenze Sud exit.

3. Continue along Viale Europa towards the city centre.

4. Follow directions for Duomo / Centro Storico / Santa Maria Novella.

Stazione Ferroviaria di Santa Maria Novella (railway station) and then by taxi or on foot (10 minutes) to Palazzo Ruspoli.
